Pioneer Program

Pioneerthe Spark

In your city, be the spark of the AI era

Tech-savvy or not — if you can teach, or connect your local network, Chaihuo gives you courses, kits, and certification to bring AI maker education to your city.

What Is a Pioneer

A Pioneer is a Chaihuo-certified local technology evangelist and service provider.

Two Profiles Both Work

Technical

Has a technical background and wants to run education / services with maker skills

Connector

Has education / community resources and wants to bring in maker courses without necessarily teaching

  • 5 CodeCraft Accounts

How You Earn

Three revenue lines for three roles

  • 01

Run M0 courses locally — 100% of tuition is yours. The course pack is ready and kits are in place; you only handle enrollment and teaching.

  • 02

    HQ Work Orders

Chaihuo routes local training / workshop demand to you. You provide the people and effort and collect the service fee directly.

  • 03

    Kit Sales Commission

Refer Chaihuo kits to local schools / institutions and earn commission on closed deals.

Four Steps

From one hands-on event to your city’s anchor point

  1. 1

    Hands-On Event

Run an AI coding experience in your city / venue

  2. 2

    Training & Certification

Join HQ instructor training & certification (can start online)

  3. 3

    Kits Delivered, Classes Start

After certification, kits and accounts are issued — launch your first paid class

  4. 4

    Validate & Upgrade

Complete the first cohort → get more support → qualify for base status when ready

Certification Process

  • 01 Receive Kits
  • 02 Complete a Project
  • 03 Record a Teaching Video
  • 04 HQ Review
  • 05 Get Certified

Modeled on the campus ambassador mechanism: each person picks a kit, builds a project, and records a lesson — certification comes only after review. Getting kits doesn’t make you a Pioneer — you have to build it and teach it.
