Relationship Between Bases and Pioneers

No Pioneers, no Base; with a Base, Pioneers have their home turf.

  • Pioneer(Instructor / Individual)

Can partner with multiple bases or teach independently

  • Base(Physical Workshop)

Shared workshop hardware, uniting multiple Pioneers to deliver classes

  • Pioneers can serve as full-time in-house instructors or external guest mentors.

  • A single Pioneer can partner with multiple local bases, delivering across different workshops.

  • Kits and platform seats assigned to a base are shared among all certified Pioneers in that workshop.

Base Growth Path

  1. Maker
  2. Certified Pioneer
  3. Partner Base
  4. Regional Hub

High-performing bases with steady enrollment can level up to Regional Hubs, helping onboard new local Pioneers and establish further bases.
